EVENT DETAILS:
9:30 AM - We request everyone to join us @SOBEYS parking lot on Killarney (Physical Address 2850 Pembina Hwy). Breakfast will be severed till 9:45 AM at this location (Menu: Croissant, Fruits, water).
11:00 AM- Arrival @ Hespeler Park, Niverville (see map below), Breakfast will be served till 11:30 AM.
11:30 AM - Start of Fun/Sporting activities for various age group (Youth, Male, Female, Kids, Seniors etc).
1:00 PM - Lunch Time!! POLAW, BEEF REZALA, TANDOORI CHICKEN, WATER
2:00 PM - More fun activities for various age group (Youth, Male, Female, Kids, Seniors etc.)
4:00 PM - Let’s have a cup of Tea, mouthwatering Chotpoti.
4:30 PM - Prize giving ceremony.
