9:30 AM - We request everyone to join us @SOBEYS parking lot on Killarney (Physical Address 2850 Pembina Hwy). Breakfast will be severed till 9:45 AM at this location (Menu: Croissant, Fruits, water).
11:00 AM- Arrival @ Winnipeg Beach(Winnipeg Beach Provincial Park, North Picnic Shelter and Soccer Field), Breakfast will be served till 11:30 AM.
11:30 AM - Start of Fun/Sporting activities for various age group (Youth, Male, Female, Kids, Seniors etc).
1:30 PM - Lunch Time!! POLAW, BEEF REZALA, TANDOORI CHICKEN, GARDEN FRESH VEGETABLE, WATER
2:30 PM - More fun activities for various age group (Youth, Male, Female, Kids, Seniors etc.) and Let's have some fun at the beach.
4:00 PM - Let’s have a cup of Tea, and some fruits.
4:30 PM - Prize giving ceremony and live music.
5:00 PM - Exciting Raffle Draw with some amusing prizes.
6:00 PM - Warp up!
